"Staff was friendly was accommodating. Rooms were a little too hot and small but they were equipped with what was needed. Elevator is super slow. Location was great. It was across the street from a cinema, close to puerta de sol and lots of shopping and restaurants. Easy to carh a taxi outside of hotel. "

"What a lovely small hotel in the centre of Madrid. The room has everything you need for a short stay, including daily service and fresh towels every day. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome. Half a minute walk to the metro, 5 minutes walk to Sol and literally surrounded by hundreds of bars, cafes, restaurants, dancing clubs and local shops. I am looking forward to returning again soon! Gracias"
