Many shops walking distance and steps away from the metro. It could be a loud neighborhood at night. Staff were great with a 24/7 night watch.

El alojamiento tiene lo necesario,.aire acondicionado ,papel en el baño, jabon para manos.,mini cocina,microondas, nevera.. Lo que le falta es una manita de pintura y arreglos. El baño compartido lo tuve frente a la habitacion. Y la zona muy buena, al menos para mì, atocha cerca y zona animada Tienes un carrefur 24 horas con cafeterìa

Struttura molto essenziale, ma decisamente economica per Madrid, adatta per dormirci e basta. La camera nello scantinato non era decisamente il massimo, ma per dormirci una notte andava bene ... a parte il rumore della strada

Traté de poner buena voluntad, porque algunos comentarios eran terribles. No es un desastre, pero lo peor es que sale mucho olor de los desagues del baño. Y el precio, realmente es muy caro para lo que ofrece. La zona no es agradable, aunque parece segura.

I have stayed in hotels much better for half the price of this hotel. The room smells like a sewer. They don't include shampoo, the neighborhood is not safe at night. Many hostile illegal migrants and drunks. At night I can hear on the street, fighting and bottles being broken. Trust me when i tell you to spend a little more, and get yourself a better hotel. The sewer smell in the room coming from the bathroom gave me headaches and terrible sleep. I will never return to this hotel.

Buen precio y bien ubicado

Si buscas un lugar económico ya sea que viajes solo o en pareja, este es el indicado. No le temas a compartir baño, porque hay suficientes. Una calle abajo, se encuentra la estación del metro llamada “lavapies” eso hace que sea aún mejor porque estarás conectado (a) a muchos lugares. El personal super amable, es cómodo y linpio, vamos realmente solo es para dormir, tienes que salir, recuerda que Es una aventura y disfrútala!!

The hotel is very dirty. The shower was broken when I arrived and I had to change rooms because once the shower was fixed and I could take a shower, doing so caused the water to leak into the room. The surrounding area is quite dangerous, which is not the fault of the hotel of course, but something to consider. The staff are nice and friendly and the location is close to Atocha Train Station and Puerta del Sol.

We arrived around 6:00 PM after a 20-hour trip from the U.S. with my 10-year-old son, exhausted and jet-lagged, hoping to rest before our 9:00 PM tickets to The Lion King theater show. Unfortunately, we were given a basement room with an overwhelming odor of dampness and sewage. We requested a room change, but were told none were available. The only option provided was a single room upstairs without a private bathroom, despite our booking being for a double room with en-suite. No refund or discount was offered despite the downgrade. The lack of support during such a difficult travel day was deeply disappointing. I’ve stayed in many places around the world, and this was sadly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this property.

Appartement exiguë qui puait le tabac. Sale : quelqu'un s'etait essuyé les fesses avec les rideaux. salle de bains et toilettes communes ( mais propres quand). Nous sommes restés faute de trouver un autre hôtel disponible. Pas bon marché avec ça. Point positif : sa proximité avec la gare et les musées. A FUIR.

Hotel de mala muerte, habitación subterránea con una ventana diminuta que queda en el pie de la calle, colillas y una botella de agua vacía bajo la cama, síntoma de que no habían limpiado, madera de las puertas rota, baño sucio incluso con una mancha viscosa amarilla en el suelo, el edificio en sí descuidado, prácticamente todo viejo, sucio y con aspecto de película de terror.

The property is conveniently located near shopping (Carrefour), metro Lavapies and not too far from Calle de Atocha from which is fairly easy to get to Museo Reina Sofia, El Rastro, Mercado de San Fernando and multiple restaurants in between. The shared bathroom (aseos) was new to me and the room assigned to me (#14) faced the street which at street level made it noisy throughout the night. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions and suggestions. The property is a modest motel, so there should be no expectations on anything but the basic for a one night stay: the bathroom was clean for it being a shared amenity and the room and linen were impeccably clean.

Literalmente es un trastero. Me metieron en un cuarto con unos ventanucos arriba. Pasaba la gente por la acera y los escuchabas como si los tuvieras al lado...encima un barrio un poco llamativo (no voy a entrar en detalle, porque eso no es culpa del hostal) y claro, no se podía dormir bien. Me encuentro una cucaracha en mi habitacion. No había ni champú, ni gel de ducha. La cama no era una cama hecha, era un colchon con una bajera y una sabana que le quedaba pequeña. En fin, la peor experiencia de mi vida y eso que solo estuve dos noches.
