「DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. 」

「So first of all, the staff at the front counter was great. Rooms on the other hand not so much. The property claims it’s a smoke free facility and anyone who does smoke has to be 25ft away. Well the first room I checked into around 8pm completely wreaked of Marijuana. I’m allergic to that plus nicotine so I couldn’t even stay in the room for more than 5 minutes. I went to the front desk and at first they said they didn’t have another room to move me to but they would give me spray for the room....

「Parking was ok, but that was the only good thing. Dirty sheets with hair and stains that looks like bodily fluids from the previous guests. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. 「Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. But exceptional for the price and location. The management was responsive to issues as I made them...

「Great property, clean, top location to every amenities just as seen in the pictures. BUT!!! The checking process was so frustrating it took us 2 hours straight with your agent on the phone. After driving 4hrs I was not expecting to go through all the stress we went through. The agent was helpful nonetheless, and please just use regular keys or cards. I will definitely come back.」
