「The property was convenient to downtown Dover eateries and had ample parking in a kind of protected courtyard. Our room could have used some TLC. The walls in the bathroom were rough from previous changes and paint, with one spot of drywall exposed from something previously hung on it. There was a void in the ceramic tile on the bathroom floor for an access panel of some sort. The carpet in our room was in need of a serious cleaning or replacement. 「Mary & Tracy were the best hosts making sure we had fresh towels, suggesting restaurants & things to do, etc. The upper deck was welcoming with wonderful views. The room was clean, a comfortable bed with fridge and microwave. Ocean is right across the street.... bring your chairs!」

「Place looks like it opened to early, they still setting the place up. Our first room the door did not close properly, it would not lock. We moved to another room and the keys did not work, had to wait for Manager to try and fix the sensors on the door lock. It still took 15-20 swipes for key to open. 3rd night we had a dam dog barking for most of the night, we got no sleep. Only good thing was the staff was extremely helpful and tried to fix everything thing, I think they are facing an uphill...

「The location was a short walk to the beach and conveniently located. The property is layed out interestingly as it was a carriage house. Parking is in the back not near your unit, however there are 15 minute spots for unloading. We had a king suite with a deck. I may have missed the part that the deck was shared. Could see the ocean from the room though.」

The location is very good, shopping and dining are convenient, the front desk is fast, the room has no odor, the location is easy to find, and there is free wireless internet. I chose a family room, that can accommodate 5 people. The price is very cost-effective and the stay experience is good! It is worth recommending this hotel.」
