「The unique hotel design at Aria Hotel immediately caught my eye whilst checking-in. We stayed in the King bed room with courtyard view and it was spacious and beautifully decorated. 「The experience of our 3-night stay was so bad. The 1st day is perfect, friendly front desk and good room, then things going strange forward. The first thing is the room cleaning, looks like they have different standard per day, they give whole set of towels and only single one bottle water at 2nd day, then only one single big towel and NO bottle water at 3rd day. The 2nd thing is that I have no idea why this 4-star hotel choose the freezing cold winter to do the hot water maintenance, and just...
