"The only problem I had is that when we got there, it was like 10° outside and there was absolutely no heat on in that room whatsoever so you can imagine how cold it was in there. We sat in there with our coats on for two hours to get the room to a point where it was warm enough to take our coats off"

"I’m still at a sports bar because there is not anyone working the front desk of the hotel. Lobby was completely empty…..not a human in site. Waited quite a while and had to get something to eat. Hopefully I can get in my room shortly."
