「The property is in a good location. Good selection for breakfast. Beautiful pool」

「Good beach front location which has everything you need. Staff are helpful. Beach is stoney, not sandy, but excellent sandy beaches are a 20 min drive. Breakfast has good choice, but standard. The rooms and decor is dated. Swimming pool is Interesting but more like a paddling pool. After meal entertainment that has a Butlins feel, Spanish sryle! Think this hotel has real potential (eg rooftop bar) but needs investment.」

「Beautiful place and we really enjoyed our stay, but I would recommend making reservations for the SPA in advance. We arrived and were unable to use the SPA that afternoon and the following morning because they could not get staff. Other than that...a very nice place.」

「Great stay in a deluxe double room! A huge room which had a kitchenette, full sofa, multiple chairs and coffee tables, comfortable beds, a modern stylish bathroom with huge shower and his-and-hers sinks, and a huge balcony (on the corner with a view both over the swimming pool and behind the building towards the mountains). Breakfast was plentiful and varied with lots of great special options (eg lactose-free milk). Staff were super helpful with some specific things we needed. Lovely pool areas.」

「Very nice little boutique hotel. Tram station at the back was not an issue at all. Very central location to explore Altea. Free parking behind the hotel. Station car park」

「Great location, beautiful apartment was a breakage fee think it was €200 which is returned on your card as soon as the room is checked. I left my passport staff emailed to say which was lucky! Would definitely stay here again. Pool bar was great also.」

「Tuve la peor experiencia de mi vida en este hotel, los ascensores la mayoría de las veces no funcionaban, la habitación en 5 días q estuvimos nunca tiraron la basura y la limpiaban muy mal, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó y todos los días íbamos a quejarnos a la recepción y nos decían q lo arreglarían y nunca lo hicieron, lo mejorcito del hotel fue el bufe, y la piscina creo q es demasiado pequeña para las dimensiones y lo lleno que se pone el hotel」

「I love this hotel. I've stayed there twice now and have enjoyed both times (in June '23 and '26). There wasn't any struggle to get sun loungers, there are plenty of them and lots of room by the pool and on the terrace - sun all day too. It's quiet but in a super convenient location to the strip and the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, kept really clean and the beds are comfy. The breakfast is brilliant, plenty of choice and English sausage and bacon. Only three...

「Hotel excelente, con un personal tremendamente atento y agradable siempre, y a destacar el buffet del comedor que es variado, con una calidad excelente y con un sabor y presentación muy difícil de superar por cualquier por otro hotel vacacional. La limpieza en todos los ámbitos es superior y no se escatima en nada. Ni en la comida, ni en amenities, ni en detalles… Hotel para repetir todos los años.」
