「I had a good stay at this hotel, which has an excellent location close to Born, all the shops, art galleries, and is very easy to walk all around Palma from. The lobby area is very small and the entrance way to the lifts is rather small and cramped, so can get crowded with people coming down the stairs or out of the lifts/people waiting for the lifts. 「(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste.
