「This hotel was amazing! So friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast there daily and it was brilliant. In the evenings we went out for dinner, so many options available. The rooms are simply fantastic! Our view - wow! The pool was cold but it’s a sea wafer pool, so what else would you expect. They clean the pool weekly and that was great to watch. 」

「Amazing place. We loved the atmosphere, food and live performances. The water aerobic at the lagoon pool was awesome too. Our 4 year old had the best time at the daily kids disco and enjoyed his activities at the roxity kids club. It’s a top place for teens too. Everyone was very nice and the hotel was super clean at all times. 」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」
