「Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, viele Restaurants, in 1 Minute am Strand. Hervorzuheben ist das wirklich immerzu freundliche Personal. Wir hatten die erste Nacht ein Zimmer zur Hauptstraße, an Schlaf war wegen der Lautstärke nicht zu denken. Wir konnten unser Zimmer unkomplziert und problemlos tauschen. Das Zimmer war nun in der Seitenstraße und um einiges leiser. Insgesamt ein tolles, sehr freundliches Hotel!」

「Nice place if you want to be right in the centre of the city. The room was very nice and exceeded our expectations. The only suggestion would be to make the parking situation a bit clearer. When we arrived, we were confused because there was no parking belonging to the hotel. We had to double-park to go inside and ask. They actually have an agreement with a local private parking, which is very convenient, close to the hotel, and offered at a great price. They should just make this clear before...

「Hotel is located up a back street , and hard to find . Having to ask a few locals for directions . Quite distant from nearest beach , although a short walk has One looking to the main harbour area .The single room was excellent and clean , while the staff were friendly and helpful enough . Cannot vouch for local shops , simply because I arrived late and departed early .」

「The staff were 100% lovely, helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was fixed immediately. The hostel is kept super clean throughout. Guests were truly international and there was a great friendly vibe. Kitchens and seating on ground floor and roof, from where you can see the ocean nearby. Free drinking-quality water, first time I've seen this in many trips to the Canaries. Good wifi. Main showers and basins in safe-feeling unisex area on middle floor. Clean and warm IKEA bedding. 「Alles was aanwezig, wij vonden het echt top! Er waren wel bouwwerken in het gebouw aanwezig (maar we hebben die kunnen vermijden door buiten te gaan) en persoonlijk zijn we ook niet zoveel straatlawaai (auto's etc) gewend 's nachts waardoor we de raam niet konden openzetten. Verder had een extra nachttafeltje en een extra handdoekenrek wel handig geweest. De wc bril lag los. Maar voor de rest vonden we het geweldig. We hopen terug te keren!」
