「What a total find. Saw this Hotel mentioned as one of 10 best places to stay on Tenerife. Absolutely lived up to that. Would say best place to stay. Staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be so. The rooms are lovely. It's really quiet. Lots of places to sit outside, on the terrace, or around the inside courtyard. Breakfast was lovely, but dinner - wow. 」

「Beautiful aparthotel. Very quiet, excellent service with Cathy. Room cleaned and fresh towels almost daily. Cathy was very helpful in advising us where to go, about the area etc. No pool at the property. But sea and natural pools on the doorstep 」

「This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. 「The hotel and experience from start to finish was 10/10. We ate most of our meals at the hotel because it was soo good! The staff couldnt do enough for you and everyone is so friendly. We loved that we could get fresh pool towels daily and that we were served at our sunbeds all day! We were even given access to the thermal journery in the spa for free and it was such a lovely and spacious spa, highly recommend using it. 「A perfect holiday at El Mirador. The hotel staff were amazing, in particular, Paula, Patricia and Rita who went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The General Manager also personally took the time to speak to us and ensure that we services met with our expectations. The facilities were wonderful and allowed for some much needed down time.
