「There was 12 of us traveling together, it was the most horrible trip we've had in over 10 years we've been going to Mexico!! I was platinum VIP & they treated us horribly!! Our room was 2 tiny beds, for my husband & I, we had stains & feet print on our bed, no refrigerator, no microwave, we had a coffee pot but we had to buy the coffee! Most of the staff was very rude to us and (yes, we tipped very well). The front desk was horrible. Restaurant staff was not nice! We had to flag down bartenders...

「Staff was great. Hotel is new and has potential. But, they do allow buses of tourist from south of Mexico to stay there. We were there 6 nights and almost 5 of those nights the pool was not accessible due to the amount of people. Hotels should really notify when they accept tour buses.」

「The daily housekeeper during our stay was amazing.
Such a wonderful lady.I do wish I could recall her name.
Hotel was good.I do wish there had been beach chairs on the beach.
Poolside had many.
Overall it was a great place to stay.」

「El departamento está muy amplio y cómodo, en buena zona aunque si tenía unas fallas una puerta del baño era muy difícil de cerrar en ocasiones y el acceso a la playa estaba muy feo e incómodo, te tenía que abrir un guardia cada vez」
