「Spacious and well decorated room with pretty wooden furnishings, large covered balcony, extensive sea view and good pool. Checking in and out were smooth and staff very accommodating. Ample secure parking provided but quite an inconvenient location with few amenities, shops or restaurants nearby. Would happily stay again and highly recommend as a more budget-friendly option.」

「Un petit hotel au calme sur les hauteurs de Guïmar, dans une ancienne ferme. La vue sur l'ocean et l'ile de la Grande Canarie au loin etait juste fantastique. Un seul bemol, les rues sont etroites, il est mieux d'avoir un petit vehicule. Les proprietaires cubains font aussi restaurant. Ils etaient en vacances pendant notre sejour et le restaurant etait fermé mais la carte semblait allechante. 「There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see.」

「Incredible place. Took our two year old and everything was just effortless. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the villas, the pools, the breakfasts. We’re going to miss it! Incredibly relaxing. It’s not the cheapest place to stay in Tenerife it’s excellent value considering the quality of the accommodation and the facilities. They have a free shuttle that takes you down to the beach so you don’t need to think about parking, they even give you beach towels. That’s our second time visiting...

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「We wanted a charming and cosy hotel, something spesial and it was perfect! Just what we was looking for, with a livingroom were we could have a drink and read a book in the evening. The food in the restaurant was realy good, and also included canarian spesialities.」
