「The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.」

「The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool.」

「Great place to stay - best appointed rental that we have ever had. All the little things were amazing (bandaids, welcome basket, scissors, etc). They really take time to think about their guests. Loved having the outside table and chairs.」

「First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch.
