The apartment was spacious and Morden. Would recommend getting some new pillows for the beds. It was clean and Edinburgh is great.

Lovely views, short walk to buses, grocery, and fresh dining options. About 3 miles from Edinburgh castle which is has a bus pick up 5 minute walk. Downsides are limited cooking facilities and no balcony or outdoor space.

The property was advertised as “Majestic Penthouse”. It was a 4th floor apartment. Upon entering the building, there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana. The apartment was dirty. The mattresses were old, dirty and stained. One bedroom had carpeting which was heavily stained and not vacuumed. Behind the door was about 2” of dirt and fuzz. We also felt unsafe as the man who met us there was creepy. We voiced our opinion to Expedia and the guy who let us in and chose not to stay. We still had to pay for our stay. We asked to be compensated but the guy “Dennis” who told Expedia that was not his name refused a refund and Expedia agreed. Be aware, unsafe environment and extreme filth.

The Whittons on holiday

We booked this accommodation instead of three rooms at a hotel for a family visit to Edinburgh and so glad we did as we had the freedom which you don’t get in a hotel. The suite was lovely with a huge living area and the bedrooms were large as well , two bathrooms/shower rooms meant no waiting for others to finish and the underground parking was ample for all our cars . We were met by the owner , Richard , who couldn’t do enough for us and even gave our party of seven a lift in his courtesy mini bus to the theatre in the evening. Top man . I would certainly recommend this property and will definitely be using it again when in Edinburgh

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment.It is a fully equipped.The host was very receptive and available anytime. He received us personally even though we arrived late at night to check in.Will definitely stay here again on our next visit
