Friendly, polite and helpful staff. Rooms are very small and I do think the prices shot up with it being marathon weekend too drastically for what you get. This is a budget, value hotel and I paid around £280 for one night which is far too much with what is on offer within the hotel.

My room was super tiny & had no windows but it was very clean & safe. The staff were all friendly & helpful. My only minor complaint is that there is no elevator here, long flight of stairs up & down with luggage. The location is excellent.

Henry was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. We had a large amount of luggage, and Henry went above and beyond to help us with everything, making what could have been a stressful arrival completely effortless. I had a room where we had to take turns moving around; there were two of us in our fifties, and it was really small, nothing like the picture when I made the reservation. If I had seen how small it was, I would have thought twice about booking. The staff was very nice. No elevator. Everything was very basic.
