The room was clean and staff were very friendly. The main problem was that the fridge was not very cold. I packed it with ice to try keep my food fresh, but I ended up throwing a lot away because I wasn’t confident it was still safe.

Air conditioner is loud. My next door neighbor were very loud at 2:30 am. I called the front desk to complain about but no one answered the phone.

Woodspring Suites East Lansing - University Area
This is a great place to stay but they say there is no smoking inside the facility only outside but you can tell people are smoking in there rooms cause the smell is bad. It is hard for people who has allergies, asthma or medical conditions.
