「The cabins and staff at Pinecrest were awesome. Our cabin was ready early, and they had a really easy check in process. The cabins are along a very pretty river with a waterfall. We did not bring our dog, but we saw other guests with their pets on the property, which is a really great option to have. 「Staff was amazing! Went out of their way to make sure our stay was good. We have stayed here multiple years. Since the hot tub was being repaired, they didnt charge the resort fee. They really are customer focused. The breakfast is really nice (danishes, yogurt). If you stayed here before, you might have expected hard boiled eggs and cereal too, so that was the only thing that threw us off. But we will be back (with our own cereal) since we do love it here and they renovated an entire BUILDING...

「There was a snafu as our intended room had frozen pipes but the staff was gracious and offered us an equal alternative. We were very happy in the room we were offered and it had a lovely view and was very clean. The staff was very attentive and friendly. 」
