The check-in experience wasn't as welcoming as I expected. The indoor pool and spa were under renovation during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. On the positive side, the room was spacious, clean, and featured a nice fireplace that made it feel cozy. The property could benefit from some updates and improved landscaping, and the breakfast selection was fairly limited. However, the morning reception staff, especially Duncan, were friendly and helpful, which made a positive impression. Overall, we had a good stay. While there are a few areas that could be improved, the comfortable room and courteous staff made the experience enjoyable.

The Stoweflake is conveniently located close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to skiing. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We did not use the pool, or any other activities. The continental breakfast was good, and they serve it in a nicely appointed room.

My friend and I stayed for a spring ski weekend at Stowe. It's an easy drive to the mountain and a short drive to all the restaurant options in town. We rented demo skis at Pinnacle, which is literally across the street. We were exhausted from skiing each day so didn't end up using the amenities like pool and hot tub.
