"Not much around the area. Room was what I expected/paid for. Would look to stay somewhere closer to attractions next time. Staff was friendly enough. "

"I spent 3 nights here. Overall, it's a nice hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient! The breakfast varied each day and was consistently excellent!! After a lot of walking, it was great to relax by the pool!! One thing to keep in mind is that it's a bit of a walk to and from downtown. However, the 42 or 45 buses stop right at the hotel, making it quite convenient!"

Front desk service lets property down, seems to be complete lack of customer service training. Breakfast not worth taking. Immediate area serves local tastes but too limited for o/s tourists. For transport must rely on Dart App and drivers. A system that appears to work ok like Malaysian Grab. "

"It’s an old building. Guest rooms are very spacious but the AC is VERY strong! It still felt cold when I turned the AC off all night.

"It's good just for sleeping if you have a long lay over. Room is okay however no TV, no soap and shampoo. It's just the room and bed. No safe as well for important stuff. "

"I was happy with my stay here - clean bathroom, spacious bedroom, friendly staff. The hotel is within walking distance to the Royal Regalia Museum, the Saifuddien mosque & the Yayasan shopping mall.
The hotel arranged for a private tour for me for a reasonable price which included the city tour & tour of Kampong Ayer & the mangove forest. There is also a complimentary shuttle to the Gadong Night Market. I would stay here again."
