If you have a long layover in Brunei airport, this is a great option. Just downstairs from the departure gates, it is just 2 min walk to departure. Includes some vouchers for drink and food machines, but even when one didn't work, it was only $1 to buy

バンダルスリブガワン空港の中にあるワンルームホテル。イミグレ通過後にしか利用できません。 手荷物しか持ち込めないので、大きなキャリーケースを開けて一休み、という訳にはいかないのが残念。同空港にはそもそもシャワールームがあるため、乗り換え待ちの利用など、用途は限られるのではないでしょうか。 従業員の方の対応は丁寧、迅速でした。

The check in was a breeze as we arrived super late and no one was in the front desk. They made sure tho that the code for the door was there and we could get in easily. The communication they provided was so clear that we didn’t have any dramas at all.

The room has a very strong smell that was very unpleasant to stay in, air circulation in room was very very poor and hot, leaking bathroom sink and can found water everywhere. No one can complain too. Won’t stay again

The un-locking pin of the room door which they told me was not correct, and they were not reachable till the next morning. Thus, I could not enter the room at all. You must immediately refund the entire hotel charge. I decided not to use Expedia’s hotel booking service any more.

Good for refreshing up before the next flight. Bed was rock hard and bathroom wasn’t very clean. Wanted to boil water but water from tap was brown. Check-in not very easy as i was told someone will greet us there, but when we arrived it was just the cleaner and he seems blurry, room not ready, and took a while to figure out. Overall we still had a good rest before our next flight.

Was not happy with the room at all. The water was yellow, the shower head broken. No one to contact at all. Could hear the airport PA system all night. Food at airport horrible. Didn't enjoy at all.

Ridiculous

We arrived late and had a hard time getting in..you have to wait till exactly the time of check in...then when my partner got in tge shower I heard a loud percussion noise and the shower head had exploded and dumped dirt all over the bathroom..we put it back together and used the second shower head instead...then the toilet wouldn't fill with water and flush..it was alot to happen on just a 12 hour stay...also a worker knocked on the door 2 hours before our scheduled check out to ask us what time we wete checking out..which was clearly posted in the hallway...won't be coming back

Great place for a long layover

The room is clean and the space is good enough for luggages of 2 persons. Easily reachable at the transit area. I received emails of instructions for self check-in, but the friendly staff still came to lead us the way to the room.

The Good: It was fantastic to have a private space where we could rest, charge devices, get clean and sleep between flights. Will definitely do this again. The 'Bad': The bathroom was fine but there was no hand soap at the sink and some dribbles of soap from dispenser over the bath which made me wonder about how thoroughly it had been cleaned. I didn't have an issue with the coldness of the room but maybe I would have been cold if I was in the bed alone. If you're sensitive to noise you might want earplugs as you can distantly hear some of the announcements. Room to Improve It would be great to be able to access the departures info from inside the room. Also the booking system is a bit off putting because you have to book an overnight when you only want a few hours and it's not clear if the check in/out times will work until after booking. Overall though, I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a reasonably long layover.

What a great facility, complemented by good customer service. Proper hotel room size, queen size beds, en-suite, and all without leaving the airport- and at a reasonable price. Nice bonus of providing vouchers to use at the vending machines for drinks / snacks. This gives you more flexibility the an airport lounge.

This isn’t a review of Nest dayrooms, it’s a review for Expedia who took my booking and money while Nest dayrooms were closed (we found out when we got there that it had been for over a year). I have been in touch with Expedia to ask for a refund and have heard nothing further.

We had a 3-hour stay due to a layover from London to Melbourne. A great chance to have a rest and a shower. Note that the property only accepts cash (in several currencies including AUD) if you choose to pay when you arrive. Was impressed that despite booking for a full 24-hour stay they reimbursed us so we only paid 40AUD or so for 3 hours. Would recommend as a good place to rest between flights as the airport is very small with limited shops.
