It’s an old building. Guest rooms are very spacious but the AC is VERY strong! It still felt cold when I turned the AC off all night. Location is great! Lots of restaurants around in walking distance.

Good location and room is clean

The hotel is link to a shopping mall. Many foods options nearby. Breakfast is boring as every day is almost the same menu. Walking distance to a local fish market. Room is clean and big. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Air conditioner in the room is very cold. Sometimes, we have to off it

Very spacious room with very strong AC. It’s still very cold even though I turned it off. The property is old and a little rundown. Wifi is very unstable. Not recommend for business trip. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby though.

Excellent location, service and hospitality

Hotel is centrallt located and adjacent to the shopping mall where everything is accesible and within walking distance. The famous night market is just 5 minutes walking distance.

Great rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. The only area for improvement is probably breakfast. Is a bit on the simple side compared to the rest of the product offered. This was our second stay, and likely to be back. Good place to stay in central Bandar.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Check-in was delayed by over 30 minutes due to a mistake on the hotel’s side. The lobby Wi-Fi was unavailable throughout the stay because of maintenance issues. Breakfast was terrible — very limited options and poor in both taste and quality. The hotel itself is outdated and poorly maintained. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Spent one night, needing a hotel close to the airport. The grand deluxe rooms were huge and well equipped. One room was noisy, located next to the function rooms. However, at 11PM on the dot, as promised, it went totally quiet. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, but not great. Can see ourselves returning.
