Very pleased with our room which had a really comfortable bed and great power shower, both of which are, in our opinion, essential to a relaxing stay. The Plough is only 12 miles from Cromer and norfolk coast which makes it a great base to explore the lovely coastline and norfolk broads. 「It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect. Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right).
