「We stayed three nights in a king room on the third floor near the elevators. Overall, our stay was pleasant, with several highlights as well as a few areas needing improvement. The king room itself was somewhat small and lacked a refrigerator, with only one chair available for seating. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were excellent. The room was generally clean, although the shower floor could benefit from a deep cleaning, as it appeared stained and dirty. The bath...

「70% of the property was under construction and none of the onsite amenities or breakfast were available. Instead we were provided access to breakfast and amenities at another hotel. Hotel elevator (1 on each side) was constantly being held by construction crews and contractors moving furniture. Stairs were an issue too as the railing was broken off the wall.」

「The room didn’t look like the website photos. The bed was a collection of springs with a thin mattress so we felt like we were playing wack-a-mole all night. No blanket. No coffee pot or cups. No furniture other than the bed. It smelled like smoke. In the morning I went to get coffee and there weren’t any cups or employees to ask about getting some. It was less expensive that other places but too expensive for what we got.」

「TV would turn on but could not be operated with the remote. Unable to turn on the heat. No thermostat could be found. I heated the unit with the electric oven. The light on the wall between the beds did not work. Odd rust stain in tub looks like 💩. No breakfast. Just coffee. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. I won't be staying here again.」
