「Property looks to be in the process of updates which are needed. Old lamps, TV, linens all need replaced. Bathroom has been updated recently. breakfast was fair.」

「This was a property where you get a basic room that's clean and smells fresh, parking right outside your room, and a fair price. I stayed with my two children and everything was fine. Everything in the room worked as it should and I felt like I received value for the rate I booked.」

「The air conditioning was fine and worked well. The room was clean. The refrigerator was larger than normal, and looked new.However, the room phone was dead. There were no toiletries, like shampoo or soap, or a hairdryer. There was no TV remote in the room, but the front desk brought one when I asked. The only thing for breakfast was cereal, and there was no coffee.」

「The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were a little uncomfortable. The air conditioner worked well. The bathroom was clean. 」

「Everything was clean enough except for dusty coffee pot. Problem with tv and remote, 3 people worked on it a different times for about an hour, finally the 16 year old son figured it out. Very apologetic for the delay. I think the room should have been a lower price for the accommodations. 」

「I “reserved” a room via Expedia and 30 minutes later I tried to cancel and the hotel denied my request and billed me $160+! That’s some shady business dealings. Shame shame shame. Never chose The Ridge. 」

「There were used towels hanging in the shower and clothes area. I was unable to connect to YouTube TV. It’s an old facility and was as clean as it could be. I appreciated the light being on when I arrived, and the toiletries and coffee that were provided. The self check in worked well. 」
