「Room 14 at the end of the row. Didn't meet any staff. You let yourself in using a key pad and your phone number. Great to be able to park outside your door at this modern nearly renovated motel. Room was clean with comfy bed, great size bathroom and amazing ac. Didn' t find any ice for our complimentary water. If we stay again or for more than the one-night we would choose a room with a fridge. Great that we could just walk over to the restaurant for dinner. High recommend this place.」

「Excellent hotel. Best in Abilene, and we looked at several options while in town. Clean hotel, clean rooms, easy parking, helpful staff. Everything in Abilene is overpriced right now due to multiple AI data center build outs. However this hotel came closest to validating the sky high Abilene room rates. Would highly recommend.」

「Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. 「Room door was just “unlocked”, as were window. As a single woman that was unnerving. Need to put something on the floor under the beds legs so it doesn’t just move around the room. The room was clean which was nice. I didn’t understand why an envelope for tipping the housekeeper was in the room as the rules said to clean all dishes, empty refrigerator and throw away garbage in outside bin.」

I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but Abilene is consistently higher priced than the other cities I stay in (Tucson and Tuscaloosa) and the hotel is never as clean and up to date. You deserve to know if you are planning a stay here.」

「I booked a room from the road but when I arrived, the room was totally unacceptable. The room I was given was nowhere close to the description and pictures shown on the website. We only opened the door and did not take anything into the room...we could not stay in this room. The room had a cracked window, no functioning electrical outlets, damaged tiles around the tub, holes in the wall, and the room had a bad smell.」
