「My first impression was, neat and unpretentious. Then I lay down. Bed & pillows were rock hard. I needed to do some work with my computer -- desk but no plug to recharge & only light was from behind. TV with list of channels but remote wouldn't access them. The coffee makers cord was too short to reach the outlet! And clean -- maybe not, considering huge accumulation of dead bugs in overhead light. Also, extremely weak water pressure in shower. Never again!」

「Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family...

「Room and restroom were clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet area. Staff members were polite for check in/out, didn't interact with them besides that. Good price for a two- queen bed room with kitchen and fridge, but we didn't get to use the kitchen. They do not provide pans or plates.」

「The hotel was VERY dark and had a strong smell- like Pine Sol or Clorox. The ice machine did not look clean. The elevator was extremely slow-like it was about to quit working. Also, the fire alarm was set off at 2:20am and we had to go outside- ended up being a false alarm. Not a happy place nor clean.」

「Room had dirt and hair all over the floors. Hairs in the bed when i pulled back the blankets. Towels were stained with brown and black spots. Was very surprised that i did not find any bugs. There was left over food in the freezer. Sink water kept coming out the bottom of the sink if i had water running more than 30 seconds. Room and bathroom smelt like mildew. And worst of all i paid $100 a night plus $90 in fees. There is also no where to park and if you park next door you will get threatened...

「Staff was excellent however the whole facility was very run down for what I considered to be the Comfort Inn name. Paid $187 plus. A dirty rag on our bathtub, bathtub had rust and look like wet inner walls. Air Conditioner kept us up all night (possibly a bearing)... Kept on and off and sounded like a jet engine at takeoff!
