The staff was nice and easily got me into my room once I checked in. The room was nice but could tell there was previous damage that had been bandaged up. Very good location for the area. I would stay again.

There was a problem with the sofa bed. When my daughter opened it up it was so bad she refused to sleep on it. We reported it to the manager who was extremely upset and apologized profusely. She wanted to give us a discount but said she couldn’t because the room was paid for through a third party So, the room not so good but the staff was very good.

I was charged nearly $200 and I didn’t stay there. Expedia didn’t notify me or remind me. Ultimately my fault but a full payment “no-show” fee is a bit rich. This review is the only recourse I have. :-(

Room was way, way overpriced for the quality, age, amenities, "free breakfast", etc. Rate of $50 per night would have been more appropriate.

This place was so dirty and nasty, honestly the pictures don’t match the motel. I for sure thought it was a hotel. They have roaches. The lady at the front desk was nice but honestly unhelpful. I have pictures of hair on the pillows, stains, a roach living its best life. This room should not cost $200 it should be listed for like $50. The toilet was dirty, there was toilet paper and something already in the toilet when we got there. The toilet seat had stuff on it. We tried to flush it (what was already in the toilet when we got there) and it didn’t go down. We couldn’t use the bathroom while we were there. It was a very last minute trip, we drove 6.5 hrs and got there after 3am, and had to be at the next place at 7:30am. It’s a roach motel, the rooms are on the outside. I tried to get my money back and go next door but she said there was nothing she could do. She did offer me another room but it only had 1 bed. There were 3 adults one being pregnant, I’m sure that room would’ve been just as dirty. Just trying to save someone the same experience we had. If this allowed for pictures I will post them.

This was after we flushed it and weird stuff went down but this didn’t , trying to get stuff that was on the toilet

The room was next to an extremely noisy freeway. We found out the TV didn’t work upon check-in. Very expensive at $230/night.

My bedding, towels and shower were dirty. I slept in my clothes and did take a shower. I orginally booked 2 queens but when I checked in I was told they didn't have any available.

If you want to hang out with crews in a parking lot full of service trucks, this place is for you. It was fairly quiet for sleeping other than the freeway noise. It’s the kind of motel by the highway where you want to touch as little as possible. The bed sheets looked clean. The place definitely needs to be updated, though with the crews staying there and getting grease all over the place, I can understand them not wanting to spend the money on that. There were plenty of places to eat and shopping options nearby.

Really disgusting room. Terrible smell everywhere.it smelled like mopd and wet dog. Black mold all over the ceiling in the shower. Breakfast wasn't ready when we got to the lobby.

The bedding was clean. The A/C was cold. It was a safe place to sleep. I would not choose this hotel again for these reasons: The bathroom floor was dirty. It was loud- the sound from the highway/ outside was as if the window or door was open. Lastly, on the morning of our check out, a man dressed in street clothes knocked on our door, said 'Housekeeping', and when we answered the door, he said, "Are you almost done?"
