No breakfast offered and the bed seemed to be just thrown together really fast. Shower was stained and so was the sink wih water drops. Not very sanitary

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Staff was friendly. The property and general area were more sketchy than I had anticipated. The room was slightly misleading from the pictures, especially the bathroom. There wasn't any courtesy shampoo and conditioner bottles, though I'm not sure if there was supposed to be. Blackout curtains would have been nice since it's outdoors where anyone could try and look in. The bed frame caved in the second we laid down. When we tried to adjust it, there was a beer bottle and dirty socks under there.
Thank you "Ray" of sunshine!! (Front desk)
Everything I wanted and more. So clean and welcoming.

While i didnt notice until the morning, my room door didnt close all the way and didnt latch. I did notice my deadbolt didnt latch, and i let that slide due to the little flick latch thing they had on the door was well.
Otherwise the staff were nice. The grounds were fine, nothing to write home about. The rooms were clean enough.

The outside appearance and walking into to lobby made me nervous. Very old and dirty. The gentleman who checked me was super nice. My room was actually very nice and clean. Outside property needs some work. Building is old and worn. Time for some paint and weed eater. But room was nice
My door wouldn’t deadbolt, even after today’s “repair”. Tub so nasty I was grossed out to shower in it. Room phones not plugged as they do not work to be able to contact the front desk. Good sized apartment sized fridge with freezer was great. Charging outlets broken or not working. Laundry $2 to wash and $2 to dry with quarters but no coin machine and front desk doesn’t have quarters. Thank God for kind people checking in to help with quarters!
The one pro first... The room was clean.
I stood in the lobby waiting for almost 5 minutes before somebody showed up. During check in, 5 police cars pulled in apparently looking for somebody. That doesn't make a good impression. Nor did the exteriors of the buildings with huge weeds growing all over the place in what were suppose to be flower beds. The room was big enough, but little things like the lamps not plugged in and the bathroom door swinging the wrong way (blocking the sink) were aggravating. Additionally, the drains weren't good with the shower ending up with a swimming pool in the tub. I couldn't wait to leave the next morning.
