"Our room was extremely dirty, with stains on the sheets and dust covering all the surfaces. The AC unit was loud and broken, and there was a damp, moldy smell coming from the bathroom. The shower fixture was also loose and wouldn't turn on properly, and the whole place felt run down,"

They did not advertise that they have year around residents. Very unsavery folks staying there. Stay at your own risk.
