「It was a great stay」

「The bed was very comfortable and I loved that there were firm and soft pillows on the bed. The housekeeper needs to pay some more attention to the ceilings, walls, and windows. Splatter on the wall next to the toilet, orange handprint next to the entryway hall mirror, cobwebs on ceiling, fingerprints and handprints on headboard and window. The door stopper on the bathroom door was missing and the sink stopper as well. There were no stir sticks for the in-room coffee. Overall I would go back...

「Our room was large, like a suite, very fresh & clean with nice bedside lighting features. Comfortable king bed. Only item that could be better is the startlingly loud power flush of the toilet. Pretty shocking the first time & disturbing at night. Very nice breakfast/ lounge area with extensive selections. Coffee could be better. Appreciated a map & guide for Brownwood in the room. 「Our stay was short but enjoyable. We booked two rooms and had an issue with one. There were dried dead bugs under the air conditioner and live crawling, large water bugs in the room. The air conditioner didn’t work. The other room was great. With that being said, the staff are amazing!!! We did address the issues and the staff was more than willing to correct the issues. Thank you the the staff at the hotel for the personable interaction and willingness to accommodate. We will return.」

「With rising prices in the greater Abilene area, this property in Eastland is worth the stop. If you are not in a rush, many of the historic small towns offer wonderful food and shopping. This property offers clean rooms and great water pressure (always important). The staff was very helpful and the no frills breakfast was always hot and available for four hours. Need a general store with a pharmacy ? It’s across the highway. Need Starbucks? Just 25 minutes away. Fast food? Take your pick. Gas?...
