"The place was pretty nice. When I booked the room I asked for a room that would be quiet. I got a room way down the hall. It was quiet until the upstairs guests showed up. I was told that I wouldn't hear the upstairs guests. Will, I did. Got woken up two nights in a row. Not happy."

The Revolution Hotel

The Revolution Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Recommend this hotel for short term stays. Good value. Safe and centrally located near Back Bay/South End. Take note of the bathroom configurations- didn’t bother us but no go if you need your own in room. Rooms clean except for fake lash stuck to throw blanket. Bathrooms each have toilet, sink, showers with amenities and were clean and available. Decor is industrial- no frill rooms with good climate control, all the basics. Moderately quiet on inside (more door noise due to bathroom access). Very quiet from outside noise. If you park on Clarendon St garage, make sure to get your ticket validated for a discount. Would stay here again."

"Great location. Showers were dated, but serves its purpose. You don’t spend much time in the rooms anyway."

"Everything was almost perfect but the noise is really bad. You can hear what happens in the corridors or in other rooms. Room next to us was a couple having sex, screaming and I have kids. We could hear everything. That’s not good for a hotel."
