「Once again, we love this property but would appreciate an earlier check in time.」

「There is a strong musty smell in the room」

「电梯很旧。 」

「The picture of the room on the website was not the room we stayed in. It was much different and a disappointment as we could not even use the pool, because it was filthy, including a layer of bugs on the top. If you like horror movies, you would have loved this as when we stepped off the elevator we had to use our phone flashlight to make our way to our room. The 2nd night (Halloween) it was like the shining, as they lit the hallway with tiny fake votive lights and stick them on the wall....

「Nobody came and checked the room for trash, the lights kept flickering from bright to dim. The toilet was loose and there was a crack inside of the tub. The breakfast was a joke. There is also no phone in the room to call the front desk, so if you need anything you have to go to the front desk and wait for help.」
