"The hotel, staff, drinks and food are excellent.. the only thing they don’t have a little store inside that sells amenities and it’s self parking outside and the charge 30 bucks a night"

"We had an unfortunate experience during our stay. Several pickup trucks in the parking area were broken into overnight. This was very concerning, especially since the hotel had a security on-site. Unfortunately, no one was able to provide answers or assistance regarding what happened. Officer were there doing reports. I would strongly caution anyone staying here especially if you drive a pickup truck, take extra precautions. This situation made us feel unsafe and impacted our overall experience."

"I had to call the front desk to get the room cleaned after 2 days I not having room service. "

"I ordered room service, just one issue, and the manager comped the whole thing. That would be my only complaint. The cleaning and maintenance staff are great, very courteous. Front desk check in was great. All in all, stay was great. Thanks! "

"My biggest gripes about this property was the restroom and the towels. First off, the towels were either stained, or they were dirty. I’d prefer the former but in a case it’s off putting when your towels appear dirty. The soaps in the restroom were empty and I when I asked the front desk if they could refill them they were polite in saying they would take care of it, but they didn’t get taken care of. Lastly, this was the most upsetting the shower was in terrible condition. Mold surrounded the drain and again nothing was done to take care of it. As for the breakfast, it was great with so many options to choose from. The highlight was the breakfast with cleanliness being my biggest disappointment."

"Besides no fan in the bathrooms, the staff was awesome, bed were comfortable, breakfast was good quality, and the place was clean. I'd stay there again."

"Hotel is in a great location with a short walk to riverwalk area and conference centre. Overall, it was better than I thought it would be but it loses points on staff professionalism, they were all very poorly dressed, but friendly enough. They only clean the rooms every 3 days, which is just asking for bug problems. They also lose points for having the vape sensor extortion devices installed. I'll never repeat at a hotel that has these. I didn't vape and as far as I know I wasn't scammed, but just knowing they have these things that will falsely accuse someone of vaping or smoking is a no bueno for me. "

"The hotel was amazing, the only thing was the loud traffic noise at night, being a fan or white noise machine. The staff was top notch!!"
