We made liberal use of the restaurant off the ground floor (the food and service were excellent), had brunch at the rooftop restaurant (lovely views), and were conveniently located to sites and transportation. Our room (a standard queen, accessible) was very comfortable. We're looking forward to returning."

"Very overpriced Westin that is more like a lower-end Marriott. We paid extra for the sofa bed, only to be told that we need to make our own bed (they just dumped a set of bed sheets in front of us). We were misled when we weren't given the daily beverage and food credit, even though the check-in counter staff told us we'd receive it as long as we bought food/drinks from their restaurant. Very disappointing given that I've been a member of Marriott for a very long time. "
