「Nice service 」

「This was absolutely one of the best stays I’ve ever had in Japan or any place else! The mom and daughter duo who run it are so sweet, helpful and genuine, the room was terrific, and breakfast delicious. The location is right where you want to be, within walking distance of lots of Nara sights and great food. I STRONGLY recommend staying at Matsumae Ryokan if at all possible.」

「The home was beautiful and comfortable. Everything was well labeled so it was easy to understand access to every amenity. The staff was friendly and informative. They assisted me during a medical emergency. Thank you for your kindness.」

「Owner was very kind and helpful.」

「Good points: room is wide, fit perfectly to large group of friends or a family. Internet was good and the position is quite close to Subway. Bad points: cleaning shall be improved. 」
