"1. I was told that our resort fees were included in the $538 I paid when I reserved this hotel. I messaged Tuscany myself and was told there would only be a $150 one time hold on our credit card when we checked in. We were charged $350. 2. The bathroom sink/vanity had HAIR ALL OVER IT, indicating that it was NOT CLEANED PROPERLY prior to our check in. I cleaned the sink and vanity myself. 3. The AC was broken, making a horrendously loud noise each time it would attempt to kick on. We called maintenance twice successfully; the maintenance man came the second time and claimed to have fixed it. It woke us up every night following in the middle of the night making the same terrible noise, causing us little to no sleep. We did try to call maintenance, housekeeping, AND the front desk- however nobody could be bother to answer any of those phones at any attempt. When we checked out, the girl at the front desk could not have cared less, never offered an apology, nor any attempt to rectify the situation or encourage a future stay. This shows terrible communication, terrible customer service, and led to a less than stellar vacation. We won’t be back. "

"Luke warm shower with very slow drain. Pool closed for my entire stay. Will never stay at the Westgate again. Don’t do it, spend more money Ana stay somewhere you can enjoy."
