「I am a cross country traveling nurse. The Berkshire Mountain Lodge was perfect for my needs. A fully functioning well appointed kitchen. Spacious living quarters with excellent views. The best water pressure on a shower that I have ever known. Fantastic after a long day of work or out hiking the many nature trails here. And the bed was so perfectly firm and cozy that I drifted effortlessly to sleep. The grounds, the amenities and the coordinated activities to bring you together in community made...

「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the...
