Since I arrived quite early, they provided a convenient place for me to freshen up, which was really thoughtful and helpful. 「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. 「地理位置方便，性價比超高！鄰近地鐵站，去不同倫敦市區景點都很近、很方便。酒店工作人員很熱情，會主動介紹酒店的設施。房內設有電磁爐和微波混合焗爐，覺得出外進食很貴的話，可以自己買回去煮食(房內亦有杯、碟、鑊等)。這點感覺更像民宿。不喜歡房內煮食，還可以將食材帶到樓下的公眾大廳煮食，下面還有咖啡機和小型的商店可買零食(雖然我不飲咖啡、零食暫時未買過)。1樓還有洗衣和乾衣房，不想自己洗衣服可以考慮使用。居住5天期間，不會有人執拾房間，不過可以掛牌出去叫人倒垃圾，這點要留意！不過我之前亦覺得一般酒店每天有人進房收拾，感覺不太自在，沒有人進來收拾我反而挺喜歡。酒店附近有便利店和小型超市，Amazon Fresh沒有人手櫃位，必須使用信用卡或Apple Pay等電子支付，而且付款全程自助式，不想要單據的話，商品都不用逐件取出來，Tap & Go即可。不過我對這個付款模式十分不安心，所以自己跑去自助付款的機(同樣要用電子支付)，將每年商品掃瞄一次，再付錢，這種方式會有紙質單據，Tap & Go沒有。 總括而言，Vertus Edit的體驗非常好，性價比超高，下次再有機會來倫敦，會考慮這間酒店！」

「Staff were friendly and helpful alway following up on our request, thank you. Rooms although a little compact in design was clean and well serviced each day. The only negative, the rooms we booked did not have a refrigerator. 」

「Good point: 1. location in the business area and walking distance to London/Tower Bridge 2. Good idea to provide the drinking water system at each floors. Bad points: 1. The room is very old style and full of dust in bed, in the drawers, on the tables, on the wall. I even have to clean myself because I found it at night when I come back late after business dinner. 2. When I take a shower, the water pipe is blocked. I have to clean the dirt and hair in the water pipe myself. It could be the 4...

「太棒的住宿體驗！飯店新穎、設計風格絕佳。如果是要在倫敦旅遊2日以上的人一定要選這家，方便洗烘衣物、提供的餐點內容也很豐富，我們自己做了晚餐、早餐，在高物價的倫敦，有飯店提供這些自助的設備資源是很重要的事。（唯一能改善的是能改用木鏟炒菜會更好，平底鍋都刮傷了XD）」
