"Amazing from the second we walked in! The staff were really friendly and attentive. The room was very elegant but stylish, with an incredibly comfortable bed (the pillows could be a bit more pluffy, but I’ll let them off). But the real thing that made the stay was the service. A phone call from the front desk after being in the room for 30 minutes making sure we settled in ok, turndown service in the evening so when we go back in after seeing a show the bed was ready for sleep with the curtains drawn and water bottles placed on the nightstands. These details made my partner and I feel really looked after and we would without a doubt stay again!"
