"When I arrived, I told the girl at the desk I had to cut my trip to 2 days instead of 3, and she said, no problem you are letting us know 24 hours in advance. We will charge the 3 days but will refund you the last day. Well, they didn't, and it's disgusting. I was suffering from chronic back pain, that's why my trip was cut short. And when I try to call, it won't let me get through."

"Many hotels don't always give you fresh towels each day. No a big deal, just go to the front desk and ask them for more. The main issue with all hotels in Flagstaff route 66 is the closeness of the trains...even if you're a few blocks away, you can hear and feel the rumble of the numerous cargo trains that pass through. The area has a lot of breweries, coffee shops etc. (night life), so, your next UBER ride might be expensive."
