"We booked one night as we had family staying near by and wanted to visit. We are already planning our return trip!
We checked in early to spend the day at a local beach. The ownerbwas so welcoming providing not only directions for multiple beaches bit offered us a ride to the closest local one!
After a day at the beach we jumped in the pool before getting ready for dinner. The pool, room, shower and surrounding property are immaculate and well maintained. There are seating areas, lawn games and other areas for guest use, including picnic table and grill.
If you plan a trip to Dennis or surrounding area I would defintly reccommend staying here, we are sp glad we did!"

"On July 23rd, the fire alarm went off, unknown to us there was a high level of carbon monoxide in one of the residents rooms. We were let back in to our rooms after an hour, after all the rooms were checked. After I got back to my room after being out all afternoon, I found a gift bag in my room with a beautiful note of apology for the disruption. In my opinion, the staff went over and above"
"Great stay as always. Nice pool and bar, great fire pits and ability to meet others vacationing as well. The only disappointing thing was the restaurant was not open for food; only drinks. (If you advertise a restaurant, there should be one.) Went to the Italian restaurant next door and had a very nice and reasonable meal. Also Skipper Chowder House was AMAZING, long wait, worth it!"
"Our room was clean. We had a lovely view of the bay. The mini frudge was spacious and had a small freezer. Although we did not use it, the Sands had a good size swimming pool."
"Great place and cheap price compared to the other Hotels around the area. It kind gave me like older building vibe but it was in downtown. I stayed for 1 night with my partner we had no issues, the room was clean and the jacuzzi was working which workout great."
