「Room very basic, expensive. Resort toilets need a good clean, brick paths are in disrepair & dangerous, especially at night with dim lighting. Pool nice. Restaurant needed more choices. Barramundi delicious, lamb tough. Staff excellent, friendly & efficient & asked how your day had been. Food in the resort shop exorbitant, especially when you couldn’t bring any food or alcohol to the island. Bailies bar should have more choices too, at cheaper cost.」

「Upon arrival the staff at reception was warm and welcoming although when we checked into our room I was far from impressed. Our towels were dirty but had been folded in a way to try and disguise the dirtiness. The bed covers and sheets had stains on them which was appalling and the hot water didn’t work in our room. It says it’s supposed to be a 4 star hotel but honestly wouldn’t go past a 1 star. Very disappointed. 」
