Staff were excellent and very helpful. Very nice place. Room was not that clean found raper on floor and not dirty behind the doors. Food was nice but not alot of variety if staying for a longer period than 2 days.

The accommodation itself was nice, however the overall service was disappointing. We had a reservation for dinner, yet it took nearly two hours from ordering for our meals to be served, with no explanation or apology for the delay. Unfortunately, breakfast the following morning was much the same, with a wait of almost 1.5 hours from ordering until our meals arrived. It is also worth noting that some of the paths to the rooms are particularly steep and can become quite slippery when wet. We were travelling with elderly relatives, which made access more challenging. Given the terrain, we were also surprised that no assistance with luggage to the rooms was offered. While the accommodation itself was pleasant, the level of service and attention to guests fell well short of what we expected, particularly given the price point of the property.
