Our family traveled 1.5 hrs from Wichita and arrived at 12:15am to this place to find the front desk closed for check-in with a sign stating "NO REFUNDS". I called and texted the contact number with no response. THIS PLACE CLOSES EARLY FOR CHECK-IN AT 11PM.」
