"The room’s fridge stank like rotten the breakfast area had ants on the counter and the night staff was rude and there main lobby’s bathroom was broken and flooded "

"We typically opt to stay at Home 2 Suites locations because of the kitchens, pools, and breakfast options. The parking was readily available, but this location is difficult to get to. I wouldn't stay again. The one night we had available to utilize the pool, the water was murky and you could not see the bottom. We only tried to eat breakfast once, we went around 8 am, and most everything was already gone, so we didn't try again. This location falls short in comparison to the other locations that we have stayed at. The employees are what made the stay better. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant."

"We arrived at the hotel and were very disappointed with the room we received. It was clear that it was not maintained to the standard expected from a hotel that presents itself at a higher level. As soon as we entered the room, we did not like what we saw and were genuinely disappointed with its condition. The shower had very weak water pressure, and the faucet handle suddenly fell off into the bathtub. Fortunately, my son was not inside at the time and was not hurt. We spoke with the front desk, and they moved us to another room. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse than the first. The carpet had stains, the wall near the entrance door was damaged, and the bathtub was clogged, with water not draining at all. A plumber was unable to fix the issue. There was also a stain on the blanket. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I do want to mention that the staff were very kind and did show willingness to help as much as they could."

"Rooms were ok.. by the time I actually got into one first there was no remote for the tv had to walk back to the front desk as the room was all the way in the back when I got the remote finally and got back the TV would not turn on lol so I went back to the front desk and got a new room when I got to the new the keys didn't work so had to go back to the front again I was told room 237 at first then 235 when. I got back again the keys still didn't work on 235 so I checked 237 and it worked after a hour finally got into a room and the TV workked lol "

"Bad experience, No heat for a whole night and the receptionist wasn’t present almost 2-3 hours. Manager was a little rude in some moments. "
