「I would have like an easy chair in our room」

「We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels.」

「The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room.」

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable for both adults and kids. One thing we really appreciated was the location. It was easy to get to and conveniently close to the highway, but without the constant noise and heavy traffic you often find at hotels right on the interstate. It made for a much more relaxing stay. 「Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor.」

「I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!」

「We arrived a bit after 9:30pm and waited in line to checkin. The front desk clerk was friendly and calmly handled the long line. The main lobby and dining area looked nice. That is where the positive statements end. When you enter the hallway for available rooms and elevators, you are instantly smacked with the foul odor of weed and animals. There are visible spots on the carpet where an animal had relieved themselves. We have three dogs (50-70lbs) at home and were overwhelmed by how bad it...

「The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

「No where did it mention there was construction. I was put in a room with blind parts still in the couch, drywall dust and spackling all over, not one towel bar hanger or toilet paper holder, tv didn’t work….disgusting. When I spoke with the manager about some kind of refund, he offered $20 (of the $167), but then because I booked through a third party, I’d have to call them. He said “the construction is listed in the small print”, which I’ve since canvassed and can find NO WHERE. Not impressed.」
