「I would have like an easy chair in our room」

「We had a king bed with a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa was broken and once we were able to get it out the mattress was stained with what looked like blood. Super super nasty. They don't do room service unless you are there for longer than 2 nights so we did not have clean towels the second morning. We had to go find towels and they only gave us 3 to start with. Towel quality was pretty sad as well. Thin very used towels.」

「The room was dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned, tub had hair in it. Dirty towels on floor, no hot water, floor was dirty. The only thing clean was beds. I was terribly sick or we would have left. My husband went to get staff and get clean towels. First floor smelled like pot. We will not be back.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire visit. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable for both adults and kids. One thing we really appreciated was the location. It was easy to get to and conveniently close to the highway, but without the constant noise and heavy traffic you often find at hotels right on the interstate. It made for a much more relaxing stay. 「The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room.」

「The hotel was super Convenient for close things such as the zoo and downtown access. The grounds were clean and looked new. The staff was really nice and helped when needed. The breakfast was ok however it’s free and you can’t beat that! If I had to complain about anything it would be that I got a dog tick on me on my leg. Can I prove that it was the hotel no however it is a possibility since it’s dog friendly and a higher chance. More of a risk I took myself when booking im from the south and...

「I checked in before checking the room and I was so disgusted! There was dried food on the walls. Spilled drinks along the walls & bugs in every corner! Even roaches shells were all over. I felt so unsafe there and disgusted! I’ve been trying to get my refund for over a week & they still haven’t paid it back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE!」

「Good location near shopping and restaurants common areas are well maintained and the free laundry was really nice. The room was poorly maintained, couch was terribly dirty and smelled, mattress was falling apart. Room reeked of room deodorizer when we first arrived, after that began to wear off, every day around 3pm, the room was flooded with fumes through a grill in the ceiling, and we were on the third floor.」

「No place was very clean.Staff was very nice.Didn't like the fact that I paid for parking?And then when I came back about eleven o'clock eleven fifteen at night , there was no parking for me in any of the garages , or in the parking lot behind. You think if you were gonna charge people per slot fifteen dollars , you would make sure that you didn't oversell the parking lot outside of that everything was great」
