「The house had most everything you could need except food storage containers. We cooked most of our meals so that would have come in handy. The coffee bar was adorable and when there was a problem with the area they had someone out within the hour to fix it. We would definitely return as we could easily fit multiple families for the stay. The vicinity to anything we needed was great the only way the location could have been better would be to have lake access.」

「Dog hair was all over the rooms and had an odor to the room on arrival!! Was able to open the window to ventilate the room which really helped. However, there was a gap in the screen, and a child could definitely be able to push through the screen on the fourth floor. Contacted hotel and they would not give any money back.」

「Easy to get to. Pretty quiet for being next to a hospital. Beds were comfortable. Not an option for getting just towels and not having the sheets changed. So I just asked housekeeping for towels and hung the do not disturb sign. Parking in the attached garage was not included. Breakfast was decent. No vending machines and the selection in the lobby was over priced. Better have a streaming service at home to connect to as the tv selection was pitiful. Close enough to the zoo. 「The rooms are clean and functional. The beds are relatively comfortable. There's nothing luxurious, but at the same time, the basics work well. The room included a sink, refrigerator, and microwave. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were bigger and softer than some other budget hotels. For our purposes, the location was convenient and easy to get to. Check-in was a breeze.」
