Love the Continental breakfast it was very convenient and also very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the location was great for us with easy access to the expressways. I've already told other family members to use your service. Thanks

The room was clean and spacious.
The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff kept the serving and dining areas clean and well stocked.
Street parking was free and felt safe. Lots of lights.
The pool and gym are sufficient equipped.
The cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. Letting us know that breakfast ended at 10 am.
The lady at the desk when I checked in, was super friendly and showed us where the pool, the gym, and the breakfast areas were, without being prompted.

Sam checked us in and Leeann poured a glass of champagne, very welcome after a long day. The room was well-sized and nicely appointed. Location to the Old Market and downtown is about as good as it gets. We would gladly stay hear again.

Great hotel, loved my stay. My only complaint is I stayed 4 nights and they only refreshed the room 1 time. And the body wash soap run out and was not changed during my 1 and only refresh.

We were greeted by the kindest lady at the front desk. The hotel is beautiful has so much character. They have a nice little bar there and the bar manager was so nice we could have stayed there all night talking with her.
