「The gentleman who checked us in to our room was extremely pleasant and helpful! The room was clean. The only minor complaints are the noise from the highway and the heater. Breakfast consisted of a full, hot breakfast. The employee working the front desk and breakfast area was not friendly, resulting in us leaving with a disappointed feeling. 」

「Requested quiet room on top floor on reservation. Upon check up none available. Noisy people above me. No toiletries in bathroom. Pool clean with good temp.. whirlpool dark & dirty. Would never go in it. Food fair. Very disappointed!!!」

「The room and bathroom and bedroom was very clean. So is the kitchen. The staff is also extremely helpful. Unfortunately, in our first room, the microwave did not work at all so they switched us to another room where there were two microwaves. One did not work, but the other one did work. Also, our first room seemed to have all of the pots and pans that we would have needed in the second room. So I guess if you need pots and pans and cups and things like that at the front desk because...

「The gym has all the heavy weights 35 lbs and up 1 5 lb and 1 20 lb?? The waterpark is only open on the weekends if i wouldve known this i wouldn't have booked it during the week this needs to be told to other travelers as others during my stay complaining about this. The bfast didnt have waffles nor several options. Went somewhere else due to this. There is also no treadmill in gym」
