「The room smelled a little musty when we first arrived. After turning on the AC and went out for a couple of hours we came back and there was no smell at all. It might be helpful to the customer if the AC was turned on before they arrive to prevent this issue. The man at the front counter was very nice.」

「Rooms we're very clean. But very little decoration in the rooms themselves. Most everything is white. The lobby and the breakfast room you're very clean and very well decorated. There was a problem with nats, and flies. The parking lot for building 2, where I was parked is very uneven and steep sloped.」

「It was clean. Reminded me of a 1980’s motel but it was certainly functional and economic. Easy access to Branson attractions.」

「The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy.」

「This property is located in the HEART of Brandon, very convenient to everything. We weren’t accustomed to the “no maid service unless you request it” rule, and we didn’t care for walking to the desk to get an extra towel.」

「The beds have some type of metal skirt around the bottoms of them. Which can be noisy any time you move. One of our beds also sounded like it had a broken spring in it. When we checked in the young lady proudly said her cousin had just stayed in the room she put us in so she knew it was top notch clean (I didn't understand that unless she left a mess) but all of us had black feet and socks from the filth on the linoleum floor. 「First room they gave me reeked of smoke.The parking lot outside the room was covered in used cigarettes. Loaded my belongings back in car & returned to office. Offered me another room 2 doors down from previous room. No thank u! A lady walked out of hotel room smoking a cigarette while we where reloading the car.Finally gave us a room on inside which is what I signed up for when I made reservations.that room was fine!!!!!! Breakfast was phenomenal. Pools & hot tub were nice!」

「To keep it short I won’t go into a lot of detail, but overall for the price I paid on Expedia. This was a heck of a deal!! BREAKFAST: From what I read online, the breakfast was award-winning… I did not experience an award-winning breakfast but everything was hot and well tended. Honestly, I would give it a better rating if the coffee wasn’t so terrible but I had to outsource my coffee during our trip because the hotel coffee was awful. Also, there is no access to the lobby or the café until 7...

「The Retro was a nice place to stay. The only thing I would change would be to have another trash can under the table and put down something in the bottom of the tub. The bottom of the tub was very slick when trying to shower. It would have been nice to have some fruit and protein for breakfast. We had to go buy breakfast to get anything healthy. Overall was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.」

「It was very nice as far as the room and scenery. Check in was very easy. There's no microwave or coffee maker in the room. I would have liked to have that. I took it for granted that it would have that. Hot water did go out for a little bit also. Other than that it was very nice.」
